On my mom's birthday, after lunch, we went to the summer cottage, and noticed that the rain had spawned these clusters of mushrooms all over the lawn.
I liked the colorfull contrast of the yellowish mushrooms against the green grass.
I wish I could tell you what kind of mushrooms these are...but in spite of my wonderfull stay in Sweden...i didnt become a mushroom expert :P
Maybe one of you people out there can help identify them.
I layed down on the grass and used the macro function on my 70-300 zoom, at about a meter away from the subject, for the smallest depth of field.
I really like the way small DOF's works out in Digital cameras...so different from film....
Hope you like it, comments are welcome.

Hi, Emanuel! So colorful, fresh and smiling with those wonderful colors!!!!
valentina
Great earthy tones in the mushrooms and strong greens in the grass. Good DOF to keep attention on the mushrooms. And rounded off with a simple border (only slight niggle for me is the text in the border, but then I like the simpler things in life!).
Thanks for sharing
