Hi Rui,
you've had a good idea to capture that old lady's expression. Unfortunately the picture is over exposed as you can see by the white spots on the face. It seems as if she's in an interrogation and the lamp is held to her face. Maybe you should decrease the light and contrast just a little. I guess that might help.
