A lovely scene, Jose Luis, and very beautiful colours overall.
I really appreciate nightshots, and this is a beautiful one.
Technically, however, I see some flaws...
The building on top, and in general all the buildings, appear to be tilted. In PP you could correct this tilt with a vertical distortion correction tool. Let's not blame your visit to the bodega's haha... it's just a bit of lens distortion.
Also, I find the top part rather overexposed. Ok, I admit that the lighting conditions were far from ideal. IMO you should have taken at least three frames with different exposure settings... which you could merge with any decent HDR software to get an overall well exposed image. The bottom part, the boats but also the reflection, are well exposed in my view.
Anyway... TFS.
