[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Hot Summer nights have this effect on me... Can't get to sleep, so I muck around, and try some new stuff.

Nothing much, just long exposure (around 15 seconds), got in front of the camera with my Nokia 1100 lantern on, and did some crazy movements.

Then just cropped and added frame.
