Ok, I guess your first thought was : "Why didn´t he place this one in TE instead?"
Easy answer - the flare is generated in Photoshop.
I´ve had this image on hold for quite a while, and now TL is up and it´s not a "sin" to post it, I´m doing it.
Besides the flare, the PP work was resumed to the usual 3: Curves, Hue and unsharp mask.
This image was actually taken from within my car, while returning from Viseu to Porto, after Xmas vacation. I do love clouds and that one was just asking for it...
P.S. the sun is really there! Just no natural flare, that´s all.

Conseguiste um efeito fantástico com um céu feliz.
Gosto muito, parabéns.

The flare looks really natural, well done. Nicely framed shot too. Maybe use neat image to clean up a bit of that noise in the sky.
