This photo was taken in Olhão, city in the Algarve region, southern Portugal. It is located near Faro which is the district's capital and the capital of the Algarve. The municipality of Olhão has 126,82 km2 and 40.808 habitants (2001 census), includes a continental part and the Armona island. It is limited by the minicipality of Tavira in the north and the east, by the municipality of Faro in the west, the municipality of São Brás de Alportel in the notheast and the Atlantic Ocean in the south.
Olhão, like Tavira and Faro, are fishing comunities.

Hello Victor,
interesting shot, one wonders where the taxi could take us. With this POV the sea seems endless, yet the next harbor might be near. Good sharp details, well composed with the diagonal line.

Muy buena composición en esta fotografía. Para mí lo mas atractivo es la silueta de la chica sobre el muelle recortandose contra el mar vacio, el resto le sirve de encuadre fotográfico.
