This photo was taken on Setúbal harbour. There are always lots of small boats there. This time that was a total chaos.

Setúbal is a municipality in Portugal with a total area of 172.0 km² and a total population of 118,696 inhabitants. The municipality is composed of 8 parishes.

Setúbal is a port and processing center with a shipbuilding industry.

Have fun,
Regards from Portugal,
António

Hi Antonio

Superb color & repetition. I like the tight cropping & framing. Excellent sharpness & dof. Parabens!

beautiful colors and composition
nice patterns in the chaos :)

Hi Antonio,
Lots of information in this photo full of fabulous colors. The boats go on and on in this great compositon. I like all the information the eye is bouncing around in. Really great work. I almost wish the top right corner of ground was not there for the intense graphical nature this piece could move into. Only my opinion!
Great job!

michael

Your composition is amazing, Antonio! A capture so full of detail and great colours, I can look at this for a while and find interesting details all the time... Great POV, as the main lines in the boats up front diverge from the others -
Regards,
Pablo -

Hello,Antonio! This is a very interesting composition! Nice mix of textures and colors! Very good pov! Tfs! Michel

Muhteşem renklerle bezenmiş bir kompozisyon. Gerçekten çok güzel. Düzensizlik içinde bir sadelik var. Bravo

This is a beautiful picture, Antonio, with the light & colours of Portugal. I almost feel I am there even if I have never been to Portugal but it is the image I have of the place. The graphical continuity of the multiply boats is great and like Michael my first thought was that I wished the quay at the top right corner was not there so we could only look at the boat but that is just my opinion. Excellent work!

Gosto sempre das suas fotos de barcos. Quer a composição quer a captura das cores vibrantes estão fantásticas.

Striking light, vivid colors and shadows, with wonderful repetition! These boats are packed in so tightly! You created a beautiful slice-of-life scene for us!

Gayle :)

Hi antonio, like the repetition here with the wonderfull mix off colors ..very well seen and captured, I 've read the discussion on the crop and I prefer the top cropped with the white frame ..it has more graphical impact to me , but I still tink this is a great one !!

I love all the colors of these boats. And it's great the way they are all seem almost just heaped together. Great compostion. Well done.

that is beautiful! The colors and lithgint are great. Great busy composition. Excellent job! JP

Great photo full of colour and shapes. I love the crowded look of the boats almost like they are all trying to get into the same place like a shoal of feeding fish. Lovely colours.

Amazing repetition effect Antonio!

love this scene. it's chaos, but somehow looks organized and very beautiful. although the colours are rich, and very vibrant. they give the boats a sort of old feeling, even though, i think these colours are meant to do the opposite.

good shot, i love these types!

I can only agree with the others - fantastic photo! Not chaotic, at all - it's like a regular pattern that is varied a bit...
I think that in Michael's version it is even stronger...
Anyway - well done!
Frank

Wall to wall dingies / boats. Excellent capture Antonio, the colours and details are nice and colourful and sharp. Well done.
