Welcome to TL Antonio! This is a beautiful shot! LOVE the purple and brown combo of color here! Super sharp on the lady bugs face. I would recommend using F5.6 for a deeper DOF!

usually compositions in macrophotography are more interesting well the subject is off centred, especially when it take not so much space in the frame
however, technic is perfect

You have started off with a lovely photo of the Ladybug, very crisp and sharp.
I would have cropped off some of the extra space on the right so that the ladybug isn't right in the centre of the photo.
But apart from that - well done
