It is a good photograph. His face is full of expression of his music. What makes this good is the inclusion of his musical instrument.

very strong emotion in this portrait.
I admit that very often the emotion will win over 'technical perfection' in a photo, of course id it is a really unsharp 'bad' image that does ot work/ balance required like in everything... but, yes, if there's a choice... emotion wins, thanx, M, (*_*)
Very emotional photo. Green plants behind distract a sight of the spectator from the main thing. It seems to me, that without colour it is better.
Very good portrait. However his hands are croped...
