Nice blue color. Good place for light.
But you did a very common mistake with silhuete photo.
Silhuetes of statue and tower and building on right are melted into one undefinable black element and all deepth of perspective is lost. Shots like these are much better if you separate shadows of different elements. It is'nt easy thing to do. You can do that with exposure that separate them or with moving your point of view.
As I say not an easy task but worth of trying.
