Reminds me of the Californication / Red Hot Chili Peppers album.
The paprika (as it is named in Dutch) looks very shiny.
However, in spite of the abundance of red, there seem to be some green/yellow cast in the image.

Bom trabalho,agoera é só juntar uma batatitas um peixito e tens uma caldeirada.:)

Eu ando a estudar uma maneira de fazer um estúdio caseiro para este género de fotos de maneira a eliminar as luzes que se vêem no motivo.

For some reason, I look at it and get this medieval feeling, like it was taken in the present, but the image was of the past.

Might be the colours. I really like it alot, especially the way you composed it. The folds of the cloth in the background seem to be a tribute/juxtaposition of the folds near the stalk.

It's a fine robust example of a "bell pepper", there might be a California variety. Good color and sharpness. The light is perfect and I'm wondering what that background is.
