This photo was taken off in a decisive moment. A second later the bee was gone.

I have used F-stop 4,5 because i haven't a tripod with me, but i think that the DOF is ok.

I Have adjusted the colors/contrast.

A beautiful macro, as everybody would dream of. Even at 4,5, your F-stop gives you sharpness and precision where needed. IMO, it's always attractive to mix blurred and sharp parts, and it's perfect here. The littles pistils are in the same plane as the bee, so, it's ok. I like the reflection on the wings, as well as the very warm colors.

I'm amazed you get such result with the poor Oly5050 focusing and shutter delay (I have all sorts of problems with underwater macro focusing, always random with digicams).

Your DOF is astounding though the wings and eyes are tack sgarp. great compo too.
It's a textbook macro shot!

This is a beauty Luis. You are so good with these type of shots. You master both composition as well as the technique it takes to shoot them.

I like this compo and its great warm colours ; I just regret it lacks a bit of the heart of the poppy due to the framing. A really nice pic, well done !
