Great view above the roof here, with nicely captured shapes and features. I think you must have gone up many buildings to find your subject for this shot. The lines of the building at far end really make a good contrast and strong attraction.

It is horrendous how sometimes people can play music of the lowest quality and they play it as loud as they can. That's definitely noise pollution. I'm not of big fan of crowds either, so I'm trying to understand the way you felt...I would definitely prefer a small party in a mansard just like the one you, so nicely, have photographed, with soft music in the background, drinks and just a few people who can carry a decent conversation (to say the least) :)
And to conclude my comment, I will write you some Dream Theater lyrics (Wait for sleep):

She shuts the doors and lights and lays her body on the bed
