Great composition, not crazy about the lighting. I think it would have looked even better with natural, indirect light, perhaps even black and white.

I am not sure how to comment on this. Is it what it appears to be? I guess it is, given your penchant for self-portraits. I think it's a pretty daring photograph. Very suggestive. Though not very sexy, I don't why. Yes,Bryan is right, I think it would have looked better in natural light. Did you have long to wait for it?

Well it's undoubtedly an attention-grabber, just look at the number of views! (Not many of them left comments ... !)
I think you've done this well. It's in-your-face and thoroughly, unashamedly suggestive, and in that respect it has reeled in hundreds of views. The colour temp reflects the subject, the shallow DOF is well managed. This is good work.
