[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This picture was taken at the café where Fernando Pessoa, a renown Portuguese writer/poet spent much of his time.
The photo illustrates Amanda’s (my daughter) mood half an hour after we dropped off my son Filipe at Lisbon airport for his return to Edmonton to pursue his career…
Being a young rambunctious dude Filipe wants to be out with his friends, so we didn’t see enough of him.
This image portrays what we all feel deep within our hearts after seeing him leave…We love you Fil!!

PS: I know that the quality isn't great, but the image captures an intense moment of shared emotional pain!

Dear Esperanca Melo!
Nice girl.
Very nice portrait.
Good capture.
TFS!

Hello Esperança,
I just received an e.mail form Filipe. He arrived safely which is what matters and we know that he's happy where he chose to settle).
Thank you for sharing this moment. Say hello to Amanda.
Sisterly regards,
Lurdes
UPDATE: I came back today to do a WS, my style, to bring this photo a mood which, in my HPOV, may be more adequate for the occasion. Also, because I find that the blue contour is very distracting and takes the attention away from the "feeling". I hope you like it.
SECOND UPDATE: OOPS, I mispelled your name on my WS :O ... too late now!

Bonjour Esperança
decisive moment is well named , the emotion is "palpable", so that the picture is really worth seeing out of the family circle.
