[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
At Lisbon Zoo. I couldn't resist to take a photo of this sitting bear. He was looking for the other ones having a bath in the Pool.

Lisbon zoo had very difficult times, but some how they managed to survive (having some animals being sponsored by big companies, and some other having individual persons adopting" them).

Now Lisbon zoo is a great place to be visited. The Big primates have a great space to play and jump, with trees, vegetation and water falls. The Elephants Space is being improved. Some animals, like the polar bear were given to other zoos, because of the hot weather of Portugal. And the people of the zoo are really concerned about animal welfare.

You also can see a dolphin show (included on the price), a parrots and other birds show, and a demonstration of reptiles (where you can touch a big python). There are a lot of place where you can eat (including mcdonalds on site).

If you come to Lisbon I advice you to spend a day at the zoo (specially if you have children).

Nice shot of the cute bear. He looks sad or tired. Well placed position in your composition and good light exposure.

Majestosa captura de um majestoso animal (em repouso embora). Excelente detalhe e cor, e uma óptima composição, è raro ver fotos de um dos meus animais preferidos, ainda por cima com um ar bem «patusco» muito bem apanhado.
