[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Estadio Jose Alvalade in the city of Lisboa, home of Sporting Clube de Portugal. Designed by Portuguese architect Tomás Taveira. This stadium - originally projected to hold only 40,000 spectators at any given time - has a capacity of 50,466 and was acoustically engineered as a venue for major concerts. Its official opening was on 6 August 2003 when Sporting played and beat Manchester United 3-1. It was classified by UEFA as a 5-star stadium, enabling it to host finals of major UEFA events.

Hi Mikolaj,
Interesting perspective from a simple object, but the colours are good. It's a pity that some leaves are present at the tp, somehow they disturb the clarity of the picture. Good note, indeed.

Widzę kolejny obrazek z Portugalii. W Lizbonie byłem ale nie tutaj. Ja myślę, że bardziej artistic byłoby nawet gdyby obciąć dół.

Hello Mikolaj
Next time you should also fly further abroad and take a pic of the old/new MARACANĂ STADIUM in Rio de Janeiro ( over 100.000 spectators) which was built for the World Cup 1950 in Brazil!!! Now there is also another modern stadium in Rio named " ENGENHĂO" !
