[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
The Miradouro das Azenhas do Mar ("water-mills by the sea") is built on cliffs that drop fearlessly to the ocean. It is a popular place both in Summer and Winter, due to the grandeur of the view it offers. There, you can admire the Atlantic Ocean in all its splendor and, with a little luck, watch fishing trawlers sail far away.

On your right, you can see one of the village´s zones, formed by little white-washed houses, trimmed in blue, that seem to cling to the rocks over the sea.

There is also a little snack-bar at the belvedere with a pleasant esplanade, nearly always crowded on Sunday mornings.

O Miradouro das Azenhas do Mar está construído sobre arribas que descem sem medo até ao Oceano. É um local muito frequentado tanto no Verão como no Inverno, pela grandiosidade da vista que proporciona. Ali, pode apreciar-se o Oceano Atlântico em todo o seu esplendor, e, com um pouco de sorte, ver passar, lá ao longe, navios de pesca.

Do lado direito, vê-se um dos núcleos centrais da povoação, composta por pequenas casas brancas, debruadas a azul, como que esculpidas nas rochas que descem até ao mar.

No local existe também um pequeno snack-bar com uma agradável esplanada, muito concorrida aos domingos de manhã.

Ai, que sofrimento esse lugar hein.. Portugal é mesmo maravilhoso! Essas casinhas brancas em cima desse monte, contrastando com o azul do céu e o azul/verde do mar é lindo demais..
