It could have been anywhere, but this one was taken in Lisboa (Bairro Alto). In the evenings I took my small Pentax with me (easier to tuck away).
The red tones dominated this picture, and there was a slight blur (handheld, no flash)
PP : clean-up (dust and scratches, despeckle, smartblur), automatic colours and levels, posteredges, crosshatch, hue-saturation, dust and scratches again, posteredges again.
