Very interestin POV to capture this water effect in a freeze mode and let us see the scene in the BG!
Very sharp focusing of the fountain water with a nice swirl effect...it seems dancing water!!

An interesting shot.
It reminds me of the examples where two pictures have been cut into tiny slivers and then positioned alternately into a new frame.
The raindrops, frozen in time, look like jewels.
