The sculpture in the photo is from «Ferreira da Silva» a portuguese sculptor, born in 1948 in the city of Porto, Portugal.

The artistic work of Ferreira da Silva includes ceramics, sculpture, metal, and overflows into tiles, engraving, painting, graffiti, and many other forms of expression.

The exhibition takes place in the «Galery of CCC», in Caldas da Rainha, between 26 September and 31 December.

Hi Jose, Good to see these rather quirky sculptures. Their bright colours and unexpected shapes make them a very good subject. Plain back walls make them stand out well. TFS. Murray.
