Baptismal Light

| [Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note |
| Baptismal bowl at Monosteiro dos Jeronimos in Lisbon. I had to up the ISO and use a wall to steady the camera as I didn't have a tripod with me that day. :) Levels and color blance were adjusted and NeatImage helped reduce some of the noise. |

Hey nice shot, good mix of light and dark, it would have been neat if you could have kept the window from being quite as washed out, but there are limits to the art. I like the natural lighting. TFS
Hi Luis,
Great shot!!! I love how you captured the light and shadows playing on the structure overhead. Color and composition are very good, but its the lighting that really makes this photograph. Well done.

hello from canada luis,
I too like the light play of the photo and how it rakes across the stones, carvings and creates large shadows adds a sense of timelessness. aside from what has already been mentioned in earlier posts you could rotate the window and baptismal 1 degree to the left for trueness. I know how hard it can be to snap a picture without a tripod in dark conditions. it was enough just to get it to turn out. good eye and keep on snapping.
bom dia
