Stray cats in the Algarve
In September I had a 4 days Seminar from my work
and around the Hotel there are these stray cats.

Half wild, they hope you give them food but if you
want to caress them, they can scratch the skin of your hand . Still , this was a nice scene.

Wonderful image Rob and at this time of the year here in Australia so many kittens will be given as presents yet when they grow they will be abandoned. Warm photo, good colours and good POV, TFS

Nice compo and well cropped, Rob. It could be a little sharp (a kind of haze iun the picture), but what a hack.

Cheers,

Don

Great shot Rob. Well seen. They really look hungry.

Tfs and have a great day! Yan :)

Very nice low level capture! Well composed, very sharp and colorful.

Beautiful photo Rob. These strays look quite fat to me... you seldom see a skinny cat. Well done.

Hello Rob!
I once found a little cat with only a few months which was starving. I just cateched it at time, I gave him some food! It's a lovely scene that you share with us.
Congratulations.
Luci

they should all be spayed so this doesn't happen , poor things

Friend Dawn.

Very difficult capturing cats! They are either too dark or too white or they are not interested! Well captured!

I was browsing through the photo gallery and found this one. Very nice work. Great capture!

Hmm cats will only scratch if they feel threatened by the extended hand. With strays, like strangers... never move fast. Just look at them blink to be non-threatening. Also don't forget smile sweetly if possible!

Nice capture.

Nice scene. I just love to look at cats. Like someone said they were created so that man can carress the tiger.

Leuke herinnering dus,
