Very nice smile from your friend here Andreea. I really love the combination of the black and white and the rich tones. The lighting used plays wonderfully on her facial features and even her dark hair, and her expression is contageous, it creates a whole mood for the shot. Really nice lighting captured in her eyes and I really like the bright background that makes her pop out. And what's interesting is that she seems to be framed by the wood lines or siding at the edges of the photo. Good with the inclusion of the top of the chair at the bottom right, although I wish we could either see more of the chair, OR that it wasn't in there at all, because if it's not in the shot enough it can maybe distract from the main subject. Great balance and compo though with her elbow stuck out like that to the right, it balances with her head and left shoulder. I like the point of view from barely above eye-level so that she is looking up and bit and smiling, she looks like she was in the middle of laughing. A few other things I will pick on: the white vignetting you made around the sides and corners is fine, but it is washing out the tones in her hair and forehead at the top, and that breaks the continuity of the shot a little. Also, try to decenter her just a little more, maybe cropping off the left edge just a little would help. Very beautiful, simple, and classic shot with lots of mood. TFS!

I like this portrait that you ace make of your colleague because even if it take the exposure, there remain natural and one feel the joy that it have take part with your request.
Its glance is rascal, it's a merry woman and who likes to laugh and smile for the happiness of the others.
