This is a good portrait with a a beautiful contrast with shadows and light. Excellent composition with the balance of dark and enlightened areas. The sharpness of the glance and the pose of this old lady make a so engaging portrait. Very beautiful! I like it much! Annie

This is an amazing shot Andreea! Very gritty, like hard street photography! At first I did not like the light across her chin, but the more I see it, the more I like it, as her expression is very much in the shadows here! BW works excellent on a shot like this!

You must be persuasive enough that she allowed you to take her portrait. The b&w format is appropriate for the theme. Indeed the interplay of light and shadow is good. A fine expression she's got, she looks like a sincere loveable person. Best regards...
