My japanese rosebud.
The rose has a rather strange history. It is somewhere towards 30 years old, and until last year it never bloomed. Now it is really large and it blooms every month, on a different branch, but when the flower is completely opened, it simply falls.
It's time for a new rose...You saw the last one dead in a previous posting

Hello Calin,
An interesting close-up. The focus, details and DOF are superb. A pleasant composition with lovely colours. i like how you placed the rose - almost at the edge of the picture although I have to admit my personal preference would be to put it on the right. Thus, the rose would have more space to tilt towards the left-hand side. but as I said, that's just my personal opinion :) Overall, I thik it is a captivating image ;) Well done, congrats!
