I visited your country past summer. You have a long way to walk by, but you have a lot of rivers an coast, energy, culture, nature, wood, fruits, snow, mountains, minerals. Step by step, you will have a well exploited country where people won't need to leave it. Believe me. Some years ago we were in a similar situation, and our only richness is the sun and the beach.

Ui, and the picture, well, i like it. it's a picture meaningful.

I like this shot not because it has a good pov, nor nice b&w tones, it is because you have concerns about this beauty may become complete ruins and nothing could be saved then :( good job Anca..

What a sad end to a beautiful building - your picture really captures the sadness of this. I visited Romania as a child and thought it was a very beautiful place. Hopefully people will realise what they are losing before it is too late

There are a lot of places like that in Russia too. Some religious buildings were turned into storage facilities during the Soviet Union time or places where people would simply live. It is somewhat changing nowadays but the process is slow ...

This photo has a dreamy effect, esp. visible in the bottom left corner with wheels of a truck disappearing in the dust and sun light. The building is magnificent regardless of its current condition.

Foarte frumoasa, Anca, pare o poza din alt secol sau din albumul bunicilor, imi place senzatia de atemporal data de alb-negru. Ai surprins f bine detaliile, si jocul lumina-umbra, imi place tare mult, bravo!
