I like your composition with perfect location of tree and backgrounded houses, their colors with snowed atmosphere are great as well. The grey sky helps to stress on houses

Tree well exposed good texture and the red and yellow buildings add a nice tough to the image. The dusting of snow adds to the mood.

Hi There,
The thumbnail belies the b/w illusion. I like the framing of the tree around the distant houses making the shape of the tree the focus of the shot rather than the scene as a whole. It's lovely and moody.
