I'm gonna be harsh on this one....especially without any notes to work with.

#1. You need more light / reflective light and the shadow is to strong. Flashes or lightboxes.
#2. It seems like the focus is on her knees instead of maybe her face, the important part.
Try using auto focus lock.
#3. You shutter speed is way to slow..hench the motion blur(if un-intended). I think at least 1/150 or higher.. to freeze motion.
#4. The background can work...but the creases are a bit distracting.(I normally photoshop them out).

So please take this as positive critique. I really hope that this will help.

Other than that... don't stop snapping and keep on posting!
