I don't often see dragonflies, we have them, but then I have to look near a stream or a pond in the woods.
Lovely capture sitting on that bright rope - good details.

Hi Alexandra,
Browsing through your photos,this one and the sunset really caught my eye.
Its great how you captured this dragonfly on exactly the same coloured piece of rope.
Your POV is good and the details are sharp.
I've been finding lately that if I don't sharpen too much before resizing,then sharpen once afterwards,it seems to give a clearer shot,without that faint ghost outline you sometimes see after sharpening.
Its a great shot though.
