Although the picture is very noisy and pixellated I think you've caught a fabulous scene - I like the overall toning and lighting..
Maybe worth getting a small tripod to help with night photography..

With the bright light around this area, the night view looks very interesting for a special effect mood of the night, although there is some noise due to iso1600 which is causing some resolution setback. But your 1/13s still holds very good focus.

I like the snow covered scene with the one person walking. Unusual coloring, but it works with the photo. A bit of noise, but nonetheless a nice moody photo of a winter day.

This night shot is really nice. I like the sharp shadows, especially of the man, and the nice deapth crated from your POV. Nice light and colors. My screen is showing some noise but I guess this is usual for a night shot.
