an unusual ladybug photo..most of the photo of the ladybug is on a beautiful flower but not this one! and at first i thought that dead polens(correct me if im wrong) looks like lizard head..beautiful photo indeed...

Today I learnt that a black ladybug exists!
What a wonderful macro of this flower with the said ladybug busy exploring the heart of the flower.
Very sharp presentation adorned with subtle lighting.
Great use of shallow DOF.

Hi Mariana!

I didn't know there was a black ladybug. This flower has leaves like a lamb's ear.

Our lady bugs are not very pretty here. Right now they're everywhere. In the past few years, we've been infested with them in the fall of the year. I like ladybugs, but not in my soup.

This is a lovely photo with great contrast of color.
