Ah.. the inheritage of Ceacescu and his wife.
Well he had style in archtecture.. People in those days hardlye had food but he did and so his ''securitate'' agents.. Sad history of a beautifull country. Good photo my dear friend Vassilis..one day I might come with you on your travels there and carry your bagage ..how's that ? ^_^ Bye my friend and compliment

Πολλή ωραία άποψη της λεωφόρου αυτής με εξαιρετικό βάθος. Εξαιρετική και η γεωμετρία του κάδρου σου.

Δύο παρατηρήσεις μόνο:
- Πρόσεχε τον ορίζοντα. Γέρνει κάπως προς τα δεξιά
- Νομίζω ότι άφησες κάπως παραπάνω ουρανό απ' όσο έπρεπε.

So this is downtown Bucharest!
Great POV & DOF. It looks like a well organized city. The use of the main road framed between the flag poles is great! It leads our eye further down the road.

Hi Vassilis,
A great scenic shot - the right POV, wide angle lens composition and clarity. What is amazing here is that in such a huge man built space, at about 2:00 P.M. or so, (I'm guessing from the shadows) that there are no people and hardly any traffic. It promotes and emphasizes the feeling and atmosphere of being abandoned. Very well captured, and nicely done.

Wow! This is a very interesting composition here,Vassilis! We can see the rule of the thirds created vertically by the two buildings and the alley in the centre through all the poles dividing the image in 5 pieces....And again a very good composition on the horizontal side with the sky,the buildings and the foreground! Amazing looking place Vassilis... great photo, makes me sit here and wonder what is in those buildings.. Offices, apartments ?.the blvd seems to have them on both sides for miles..

Yassou Vassilis!

What is stricking here is the simetry of the whole square and boulevard. Remarkable design. A bit austere with the lack of colors, and with this huge circle with these tiny cars in the centre.

In order to see more the details of the buildings. May I suggest you to crop the sky and provided your original shot is in high definition, perhaps , you could upload a large format. I think then the B&W whould enhance even more the spirit.
