The boat is well pointed-out and makes a good contrast with the hill from background but the waterline seems to be inclined (it could be from the relief) and the boat from foreground is distracting.

hi peter, nice shot. i like how the red color is lifted from the hazy backdrop. the birds in flight are an added bonus.that "thing" on the foreground is a bit distracting though.you can crop it off or better yet, use the clone tool to take it out. cheers :)
