From first sight my impression was of something busy. Generally speaking, photos with people work better in b&w or sepia.

good street composition here anca :)
these street photo tend to look or feel busy...as in this case, too many subjects for the viewer to interpretate :)

i usually try to keep my focus or framing on one subject and use the background or forground to tell the rest of the story :)

Bai, nu-s ce sa zic.
Compozitia e faina si-mi plac si culorile da' nu prea gasesc predicatu', vorba lu matale.
O sa ma mai uit luni cand oi avea si puncte.

Excelenta compozitie si incadrare. O fi intunecata, dar imi place. Imi plac si tonurile de maro si verde inchis. Nu stiu de ce predicat vorbeste lumea, stiu ca mi se pare reusita si gata, asa pur si simplu.

Da, frumos. Are o incarcatura mare, si poate e prea strans taiata. Oricum coltul linistit pe care l-a gasit cititorul nici nu clipeste ca sa nu-l deranjeze. Imi place ideea. Numai bine, Cezar.

I like the ‘web’ created by the bicycle, grille, texture of his cap and some other elements. By the way, after looking around the picture I realized that the most intriguing element is a kind of (handmade?) white poster on the wall.
