"Her vacant eyes,
Black holes,
Am I losing you?"
(Dream Theater)

It is beautiful to see such old buildings, but in the same time it is all so tragic and sad to see them fade...

Perhaps it is a little bit too centered but I didn't have a better angle of shot.

Also posted a
sepia version through ws.

Nice photo of the vacant structure. I like how you framed it with the trees. The roof is most interesting in it's color, textures, and style.

thanks for sharing.

Lisa

I would ssvae every old cottage, plant lilacs and roses around them, morning glory vines on strings, and daffodils.

Hi Black,

I totally agree with you, I fell the same, I wish old building can be preserve, but in the same time, not a lot of the people or organisation can afford it, we can just dream of how it was before and hope it will one day get restore, wonderful captured, I like the colours here, good textures and details,

Cheers,
Sweety

I love this picture of the vacant house. It makes me wonder about the past, who lived there and do they ever come back to visit their memories....Buried in the trees, your picture has wonderful color! TFS

The lighting is fine even as the contrast is.
Great compositon, well seen and presented!

John

Excellent portrait of the jungle house.

I like all the textures captured in this shot.
It looks in a sad state of repair!
The green vegetation makes a good frame for the house.
Tfs, regards Jean.

Nice work Diana! You are going in my theme here! Nice details, so sad, I wonder what the story is! you could have pulled back some and put the house to the left, so we could see the shed, carport? barn? to the right, but it's a matter of personal taste!
B-)
