The Rope Street
It is considered the narrowest street in Europe. It links Cerbului Street with Poarta Schei. It is 80 m long and its width is between 111cm and 135 cm (3.64 feet to 4.42 feet). It was mentioned in official documents starting with the 17th century. It was first meant to facilitate easier access to the city Centrex for the firefighters. The street was renovated in 2003 around 1.3 meters (4 ft.) wide. Newly renovated in 2003.

Hello Oana
Beautiful pattern on the street, i like how it leads from the bottom to the center of the frame, nice sense of depth.

Technically the Exif data shows f/2.8 which in my opinion isn't much effective for entire frame and a little blown-out sky at the top, though it has adequate sharpness :)

Good Morning Oana,

A very interesting shot. Not for anyone with claustrophbia!
Very well composed with excellent details of texture.
I think a crop from the top would be perfectly acceptable and to remove some of the oe sky.

Have a good day,
Bev :-)

Horia

Hello Oana,
A fine very fine composition. It has a tunnel effect and my eyes wander to see what is beyond. The soft subtle colors are to my liking. There is good depth. Well done and greetings from Wash D.C.

Hi Oana,
A nice POV to present this narrow street but I assure you that in Mdina, Malta, we have such streets!
Very good lighting and a nice perspective.
Good natural colors.
Well done,

Francis Xavier

dear Oana,
a terrible shot of very narrow and long street,
both side walls look so flat and tall, the feeling of those pressure is excess...
for anxiety disease people it must be so awful not to walk through.
but as a photo, it is very interesting, and it looks suggesting the situation of our life,
thank you,
Akihisa

Ciao Oana
