The only one who is really helping you here, Oana, is Angi ("zazorinia").
For landscape photography with long distance views, your aperture indeed was way to big (f/3.1.). As I see you have a Panasonic FZ7 (I own the FZ8) I know you never can get f/14 with your camera. But if only you had used f/8 (the smallest aperture your camera will allow), you would not only have gotten your background nicely sharp, but also have obtained much more natural (i.e. less overexposed) colours. Especially (but not only) the sky colour could benefit from that smaller aperture.
It is a good thing to have lots of TL-friends, but often their photo critiques should be considered with some caution ;o).

PS - of course, I do not mean that wide apertures are "not done" for landscape photography; they sometimes can contribute to create strange effects, but this obviously was not your aim, as this is a "classic" landscape photo.
