Hi Biljana,
although I like your work I am not sure about this one here. It is an interesting kind of portrait but for me it lacks sharpness. And I think a slighter overexposion of the face might have looked a bit better. You didn't get the outlines of the hair proper in the pp, it doesn't fit on the bg everywhere, especially on the left. And I think with a bit more space to the left and right it might have got a less jammed in look.
Nonetheless I really like the composition of black, red and white as it is a classic combination (remember Snow White).
I am sorry that I can't step up in the line with those who wrote critiques before me. No personal offence, just an expression of my personal taste.
