This looks like a similar location to your last shot but this time, you have used the boats as very effective f/g interest. The whole scene is tranquil and mellow and reminds me very much of a Dutch landscape.
Excellent composition and good use of the light.

Looks like an Orton effect from Dynamic HDR (Or something). It looks good, but on the sand on the left there are strange dark dots - not natural.
Id like to read some note about the place and postprocessing. Did you use burning tool?
