It's so nice that we can colour a rose the way we want! This is beautiful Tanja. The black background and the black shadows of the rose really bring out a gorgeous blue or periwinkle coloured rose. Very simple and artistic.

Hi Tanja,

Nice work, it's a very delicate shot but also has something quite harsh about it, I guess the cold blue tones. It's a great shot, very atmospheric with nice crisp lines good contrast. I like the black BG, it works well with the mood of the picture. I like the noise that can be seen on the rose too, works well. The only thing I find a little strange is that you've cropped the bottom part of the rose away, I think it may look better if we could see the whole thing. I find myself wanting to look below the frame.

You have a lot of great work in your gallery here, I'll come back from time to time because it's nice looking through it all, I find it quite inspiring.
