This is one of my favorite meals,
choped chicken breasts with mushrooms, soy sauce, ginger, honey, and feta cheese salad side dish.
You'll need:
300 g chicken breasts chop into small cubes
add vegetable salt ( the one I like to use among other has minced dry pepper, coreander, onion, garlic, carrot, persil and some other plants)
then add starch and cover cubes well with it (it keeps meat tender and soft)
Chop some 6-8 meddium champignons on thin slices
heat the pan or wok with a bit of sunflower non refined oil, pour mushrooms and meat and stir fry
(stir all the time)
when mushrooms become crisp and meat dark golden
add a pinch of ribbed ginger and 1 soup spoon of soya sauce, I like to add 1 full spoon of honey and something hot like chily sauce because I like hot and sweet food,I also like to dip meat in hot chily tomato ketchup.
Feta cheese salad
(as we make it here) includes sliced cucumbers, red peppers, green olives, tomatoes and feta cheese all garnished with dry or fresh minced oreganum and thyme, and some other herbs of your choice. |

Hi Tanja
Yummy! I'll be right over. Dinner is nicely captured, the peppers add nice colour plus the bun looks extra delicious.
Last night I made a upsidedown pineapple cake and I was thinking of taking a picture...I should have...next time I will.
