[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Pancakes are like bread a kind of universal food in almost all countries.
You need an egg, some flour, milk, water, salt, sugar and I like to use yogurt too, mix it, bake it in oiled pan and let your imagination choose the filling.
The most common fill in my family is mother's homemade apricot jam or plum jam we call it "pekmez".And we love them thin and crispy.
I prefer salty fillings like cream cheese (on the photo), tuna, mushrooms or grind meat.Sometimes I make special variation adding the mashed potatoes into mix or ribbed apples, then they are little fatter but great too.
