Self portrait in motion for the hunt.
Took a lot of running away from the camera to get this at least looking similar as I wanted.
Well, at least I burned some calories and enjoyed lot of fresh air.
This is my favorite walking place, river Tisa banks near my town. All those beautiful butterflies from my photos live there.
I love Vojvodina plain more than anything 'cause I was born here, I love this sky and lazy rivers, forests and nature, but I don't like people who try to destroy this beauty. I hope they'll never succeed.
One of greatest poets here was Mika Antic, so here are some of his verses that I translated for you, please read this slowly :)
Lullaby
This world,
Truly, isn't so evil and mean,
although someone cries,
dwells in solitude,
and worries.
Everywhere dusk falls equaly down on old roofs.
For someone the sun will shine tomorrow,
but someone just won't see the light.
I love to see everyone fullfilled,
and I believe endlessly that
at dawn we'll all breath easier.
I close my eyes and dream, secretly,
this warm, shinny, morning made of wind and grass
that dances above the tree tops.
Surely, the most important thing is,
and above all,
to make a kiss for every cheek in the world.
And when you are tired like a dog,
and in your darkest hour,
that you're able to color your pillow with hope.
This is also important,
the most important of all,
when you treasure such beauty inside you,
to pack sickretly at least a tinny bit of it
in a letter, and send it to the whole world.
Then your time on this earth will be less gray and bad,
with less worries and less sad,
less tears and solitude.
And every time when you give the world a little piece of yourself
You'll be able to say that world now looks more like you! |
