Quite a "discreet" thumbnail, Dragan, but unusual enough to make me click on it. This must be the Serbian summer heat that makes the landscape shimmer.
I like the presentation of it: the highly contrasted landscape colours versus the completely washed-out sky. A perfect way to convey the summer feel.
Said this, I'm less convinced about your composition: 2/3 land and 1/3 sky. I would have chosen the opposite: 1/3 land and 2/3 white sky. I think that would have enhanced not only the depth of field of your photo, but also the visual "shimmering" AND the feeling of oppressive heat (the sun shining so hard that everything just looks white and that you can hardly keep your eyes open).
Of course, this is only my personal view. So, feel free to (dis)agree ;o).
TFS & kind regards,
Erik
