[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
Writer Ratko Popovic from Gracanica.
Family Popovic gives nine generation of priest (priest on Serbian means "pop" = Popovic). That family has "take away" monastery Gracanica, one of the famous Serbian church (under UNESCO protection), from Turkish okupation when they keep horses in it and recover and save it to this days.

Ратко Поповић, књижевник из Грачанице. Потомак породице Поповић која је у свом трајању изнедрила девет свештеничких колена. То је породица која је манастир Грачаницу "отела" од Турака, чувала и сачувала је неколико векова уназад.

Hello Ivan,
I like the idea of showing the writer in action. Setting, composition and the choice for black & white are good, but I'm less convinced of the pose.
He seems too aware that you were photographing him. I would have preferred more interaction with the typewriter, instead of with your lens.
Finally, I think the downsizing for TL did your photo no good (the straight lines show artefacts of downsizing).
Anyway, you delivered interesting work here.
