Hi Marija,
Great entry to the BC. You are just a master in these kind of photos. It it almost as if you made it out of black paper and hung it infront of a blue sky. A little bit like the Indonesian shadow plays.
Great idea on the rotation and the conversion to b/w.

Great work you delivered here...I didn't know that Freya like riding on a bike ;) even Thor have a now a days a bike and like it a lot to...only here is it so flat as an pool billiard table...so no down hill :(
I like your photo a lot and it is well composed...a thunder sound for you from the far north.

Good angle to work it out! Was it really that angle? I believe it to see the position of the biker...

First, great symetry. I like the division line stretching from left bottom corner to top right one, splitting nicely the image on two. Second, the geometrical shapes of the fence are the touch that make this one more special than other silhouete shots. In here they are very complimentary to the figures of ppl. Third, i like the cartoon-like appearance of the two persons, they look like some characters from old French strips (very Tintin sort of haircut and the helmet looks like those of safary hunters).

i do like the tilt, it gives the impression that the hill is quite hard to climb...although i think the factor of the bike rider not standing up, could perhaps ruin the possibility that it's tilted by hand a bit...after all, i don't know many people who would not stand up to get the full use of their legs when going up hill!

Hello Marija,

The joys of cycling uphill captured well here tilt or no tilt, especially with the hunched over shoulders of the cyclist. He looks like he is on the verge of giving up and walking.

This is so much better than the reject. Interesting choice of making the photo tilted but it adds a peculiar element, and that's what's important. Love the sky color. Very nicely done. Now I can leave you complaint-free! :)

Had to think about you when reading our news paper;
Sarajewo 35 degrees c.. and so on for many other parts in former Yugoslavia..in Mostar over 40 and people where adviced to stay indoor. ( poor you)
