This is a peaceful pastoral scene which has a good balance to it thanks to the treeline. Composition is good too, and placing the workers on the RHS is a good application using the Rule of Thirds as a guidline.
The worker in yelow and red certainly adds impact to the shot.
To my eyes, I feel that there is just a slight over use of USM judging by the faint hint of halos on the edges of the treetops....but overall, a pleasing shot to view. Well done.
