Very powerful too though. I think the base photo is excellent and your post processing is cool and strong. I like the detail in your eye in contrast to lack of detail anywhere else. I like the half-face-composition too. Cool idea. Nicely done. JP

I preffer much much more the "complete" version....
because all the body talks... not only the eyes....
and also the image is very touching...

Hey Marija,
I have to agree with the others...
I prefer the one with the lips!! :)
But that would be perfect to leave at least a small contour of your nose!
The sparkling in your eye is.... beyond expression !!! :D

I like the fact that you 'blanked off' your lips. (Lips, mouth, hands have a lot of expression)...that way, it's only the eyes that speak and from the eyes only, I would say that I feel you have this angry look.

When I look at the workshop photo, I would say you are smiling. Hmmm...mixed feeling really. Were you angry when you took this photo? It's interesting too know...

You have great natural curls. Very nice :)

Both/all shots are great! I like the way you have actually said something with the 'nothing to say' image. Yes its inteesting to see the whole face but when only the eyes are there you really concentrate on them.

I was "walking around" your gallery and look at the photos posted before or whan I arrived really on TL... This one makes me think of the poster of the film "Silent Hill" : a face with not mouth... They steal your idea!!!! : D
About the interpretation it can be a lot of thing you know... so I keep the ones I see in my mind....
Good SP... More than the PP, I like the crop... half a face... here and not here...
