[Note Guidelines] Photographer's Note
This is actually a "salvaged" photograph. Due to the low lighting conditions when I took the photo it came out a little blurry. I liked the subject matter and the overall composition so I decided to give it the WATERCOLOUR effect using Microsoft Photo Editor. I am very pleased with the results and the overall mood of the image.P.S. Did I choose the correct State in Slovakia for Lovoca?

Hello,
Good shot and great use of a blurry photo. The watercolour effect is artistic and creates a wonderful mood. I like it a lot. You are right, Levoca is in the Presovsky Kraj region in Slovakia.
